This policy explains how refunds are handled for EveryPath purchases after launch.

1. Current status
EveryPath is currently preparing for launch. Final pricing, trial length, license scope, and checkout details have not been determined yet. This refund policy is provided in advance to explain the planned approach for paid purchases.
2. Planned refund window
After launch, we plan to offer a reasonable refund window for paid EveryPath purchases. The exact refund period will be displayed at checkout and may vary by product, license type, promotion, or payment provider rules.
3. When refunds may be approved
Refunds may be approved when the app does not work as expected on a supported macOS version, when a duplicate purchase occurs, when a license cannot be activated after reasonable troubleshooting, or when required by applicable consumer protection law.
4. When refunds may be declined
Refunds may be declined if the request falls outside the stated refund period, if there is evidence of license abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, excessive refund requests, unauthorized redistribution, or use beyond the permitted license scope.
5. Free trials
If a free trial is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate EveryPath during the trial period before purchasing a license. Trial availability and length may change before launch.
6. Processing provider
Payments and refunds may be processed by an authorized payment provider. Refund timing may depend on the payment method, card issuer, bank, region, and payment provider processing rules.
7. License deactivation after refund
If a refund is granted, the related license key may be deactivated and access to paid features may be removed.
8. How to request a refund
To request a refund after launch, contact support@everypath.app with your order email, transaction identifier if available, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue.
9. Policy updates
This policy may be updated before or after launch. The final checkout page may include additional terms from the payment provider.

如果请求超出明确的退款期限,或存在授权滥用、欺诈、拒付滥用、频繁退款、未经授权再分发、超出许可范围使用等情况,我们可能拒绝退款。
5. 免费试用
如果提供免费试用,我们建议用户在试用期内充分评估 EveryPath 后再购买授权。试用是否可用以及试用时长可能在发布前调整。
6. 支付服务商处理
付款和退款可能由授权支付服务商处理。退款到账时间可能取决于支付方式、发卡机构、银行、地区以及支付服务商处理规则。
7. 退款后的授权停用
如果退款获批,相关 License Key 可能会被停用,付费功能访问权限也可能被移除。
8. 如何申请退款
正式上线后,如需申请退款,请发送邮件至 support@everypath.app,并提供订单邮箱、可用的交易编号、购买日期以及问题简述。
9. 政策更新
本政策可能在发布前或发布后更新。最终结账页面可能包含支付服务商的附加条款。
