1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the EveryPath website, downloading EveryPath, purchasing a license, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or app.

2. Product description

EveryPath is a downloadable macOS productivity utility for fast local file and path search. It is planned to be sold as a digital software product with license-key activation. The product is currently preparing for launch, and final pricing has not been determined yet.

3. License

When you purchase EveryPath, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app according to the license scope shown at purchase. You do not purchase ownership of the software or source code.

4. Restrictions

You may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, bypass license checks, share license keys beyond the permitted scope, or use EveryPath in a way that violates applicable law.

5. Payments

Payments, taxes, invoices, and refunds may be processed by an authorized payment provider. Additional payment-provider terms may apply at checkout.

6. Trials and activation

EveryPath may provide a free trial or early-access build. Trial length, feature availability, and activation rules may change before launch. Paid access may require a valid license key and occasional license validation.

7. Updates

We may provide updates, bug fixes, or new versions at our discretion. A license may cover a specific version, major version, subscription period, or update window depending on the license terms presented at purchase.

8. User responsibility and backups

You are responsible for choosing which folders to index and for maintaining backups of your important files. EveryPath is a search utility and should not be used as a backup system.

9. Disclaimer

EveryPath is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app or website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EveryPath will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to licenses or services if we believe these terms have been violated, including license abuse, fraud, or unauthorized redistribution.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
